FOR ANY RACE WITH OVER 300 HUNDRED PARTICIPANTS IN WHICH THE STRIDERS ARE DOING THE TABULATIONS, THERE WILL BE AN ADDED FEE OF $1.OO PER FINISHER OVER 300.
MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT RENTAL FEES SHALL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (TABLES, DRINK- COOLERS, CONES)
EQUIPMENT-ONLY RENTERS (Electronic & Timing Devices)- SHALL SIGN AN AGREEMENT TO BE RESPONIBLE FOR EQUIPMENT. IF ANY EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED OR LOST WHEN IN THEIR POSSESSION, THEY SHALL PAY FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF SAID EQUIPMENT. A STRIDER MEMBER SHOULD ACCOMPANY RENTAL EQUIPMENT.
AN OFFICAL REPRESENTATIVE OF AN EVENT SHALL REQUEST SERVICES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT LEAST ONE-MONTH PRIOR TO EVENT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS THE OPTION TO ADJUST FEES TO PROMOTE A RUNNING EVENT.

How to request finish line services:
You must on an annual basis request the club's services. If you want the Striders to do tabulations, you must come to a board meeting and state clearly what you want. You must have a permit and a date before any agreement can be reached. It is required that you provide a number of volunteers to help manage your finish line. The number of volunteerss will be determined by your registration numbers. The more participants you have, the more volunteers you will be required to provide. Publication of information through the Striders will begin only after an affirming vote by the board to provide services have been reached.
How to request finish line equipment rental:
You must on an annual basis request the rental of the club's equipment. You may make requests for rental at a board meeting or via written communication with the club's property represenative. Equipment rentals are also subject to board approval.
The SSTC Board reserves the right to deny requests for services based on a lack of support by its general membership to provide services described above.
The SSTC does not provide services for events having participant number in excess of 600.
The SSTC generally does not provide services simultaneously to more than one event per date. Services are vote on in a "first come, first serve" basis and are evaluated with regards to the SSTC's mission within the community.

-Course management for events
-Communication for events
-Race numbers or safety pins
